Template-Assisted Refolding Assay (TARA)
The three-part process is simple:
Step 1) Combine the sample with our specialized probe solution.
Step 2) A capture interface is added to immobilize the target-bound probe.
Step 3) After a brief wash to remove unbound material, our universal reporter solution is added.
Within 5 minutes, a distinct color change indicates the presence of the target.
Our patent pending TARA technology and platform offers a rapid and reliable approach to molecular detection. Using more than just nucleic acid oligonucleotides, TARA can use additional probe technologies, like antibodies, as a targeting mechanism ensuring maximum flexibility.
